LINEO ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH OPEN INTERFACE
First Demo at the Embedded Systems Expo & Conference in Tokyo

TOKYO, June 18 - Lineo Solutions, Inc. (Lineo), a leading provider of embedded Linux solutions, today announced an alliance with Open Interface North America, Inc. ("Open Interface", CEO: Akemi Sagawa), a leading provider of Bluetooth software and services.
According to the alliance, Lineo and Open Interface will develop/support products based on "Lineo uLinux" and Open Interface's "BLUEmagic 3.0" embedded Bluetooth protocol stack. Both companies will also conduct joint sales and marketing activities. Furthermore, by integrating BLUEmagic3.0 into "Lineo uLinux ELITE", Lineo's integrated development environment, the parties provide a highly valuable development environment for developers. Initially, Lineo will demonstrate the "BLUEmagic 3.0 on uLinux" at the Embedded Systems Expo & Conference in Tokyo (ESEC), to be held from July 9 to 11 at Tokyo Big Sight. (Lineo Booth#: 14-44)
